A reputable real estate brand is seeking a business development executive/sales professional to join its fast growing brand.
As a business development executive, you'll be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving sales within the real estate industry. Your primary goal will be to identify potential clients, develop relationships, and secure profitable deals.
Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new leads through various channels, such as cold calling, networking, referrals, online platforms, and attending industry events.
- Responsible for the Company’s brand visibility and marketing via digital and other social media channels.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
-Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives, including setting targets, creating action plans, and monitoring progress.
-Conduct property presentations, including showcasing property features, amenities, and benefits to potential clients.
-Negotiate terms and conditions of sale, prepare contracts and agreements, and facilitate the closing process.
-Stay updated with real estate market trends, competitors, and customer preferences to identify opportunities and make informed business decisions.
-Collaborate with other teams within the organization to ensure smooth sales processes and customer satisfaction.
-Maintain accurate sales records, prepare reports, and provide regular updates on sales activities, achievements, and challenges.
Requirements:
-A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, real estate, or a related field.
-At least 2 years experience in real estate sales, business development, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals.
-A customer-centric approach and the ability to understand and fulfil clients' needs and expectations.
-Strong networking skills to build relationships with potential clients, industry professionals, and referral sources.
-Good understanding of real estate market dynamics, property types, industry regulations, and current trends.
-Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
-Familiarity with real estate CRM software, online listing platforms, and other sales and marketing tools.
- High ethical standards, integrity, and professionalism when dealing with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
